Your new role:
As the Clinical Nurse Consultant - Intensive Care Outreach, you'll provide expert clinical leadership and consultancy to improve outcomes for deteriorating patients across the care continuum. Working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, you'll deliver advanced clinical care, mentor and educate staff, lead quality improvement initiatives, drive evidence-based practice, and shape contemporary critical care services while ensuring the highest standards of safe, person-centred care.

You are an experienced and influential critical care nurse who thrives in a fast-paced environment, leads with confidence, and is passionate about improving patient outcomes through expert clinical practice, collaboration and innovation.
Advanced Intensive Care expertise with the ability to assess, manage and respond to deteriorating patients across diverse clinical settings.
Proven clinical leader who provides expert guidance, mentorship and education to nursing and multidisciplinary teams.
Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills, applying evidence-based practice to deliver safe, high-quality, person-centred care.
Passion for quality improvement, driving clinical excellence, service innovation and positive patient outcomes through research and best practice.
