What You'll Do as a Sales Consultant
As a Sales Consultant at Elegant Collections, you will play a key role in transforming our customers’ spaces through your passion for interiors and design.
- Build meaningful relationships with customers to understand their style and needs
- Provide tailored recommendations and curated design solutions
- Offer expert guidance on furniture, materials, and styling combinations
- Deliver a premium in-store experience with a professional and personalised approach
- Prepare accurate quotations and confidently convert opportunities into sales
- Consistently meet and exceed individual and team KPI targets
- Collaborate with your team to achieve and exceed performance targets
- Utilise internal systems to process sales and manage customer information efficiently
- Ensure the store is always well-presented, visually appealing, and styled in line with Elegant Collections’ standards
Skills & Experience
- Availability to work weekends
- Background in retail, furniture, interior design, or customer-facing roles
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience (preferred within furniture/interiors)
- Strong eye for design, detail, and current trends
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Motivated, goal-oriented, and team-focused
