We are currently seeking dedicated, reliable, and compassionate Aged & Disability Support Workers to join our growing team and provide exceptional support to NDIS participants and the Aged community throughout the Knox, Maroondah, Yarra Ranges, Whitehorse and surrounding area .

Role Responsibilities
As an Aged & Disability Support Worker, you may assist participants with:
- Personal care and daily living activities
- Community access and social engagement
- Transport to appointments and activities
- Household tasks and domestic assistance
- Building independence and life skills
- Emotional support and companionship
- Working towards individual NDIS goals

✔ Essential Requirements
To be considered for this position, applicants must have:
Current Working With Children Check (WWCC)
Current National Police Check
Current NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
Valid Australian Driver's Licence
Reliable vehicle and own transportation
Smartphone with internet access
Strong communication skills
Professional and reliable work ethic
A min of 3 consistent days of availability per week
Certificate III or IV in Disability, Individual Support, Community Services, Nursing or related field or studying.
Preferred (But Not Essential)
- Previous Disability Support experience
- First Aid & CPR Certification
- Experience supporting participants with diverse needs
