Head Chef – Trend Cafe and Restaurant
We’re looking for a talented, driven, and creative Head Chef to lead the kitchen at Trend Cafe and Restaurant and take our food offering to the next level. This is a leadership opportunity for someone who wants real input, real impact, and a kitchen they can truly own.
The Role
As Head Chef, you’ll be responsible for the full kitchen operation — from menu innovation and cost control to team leadership and service execution. We want someone who can maintain consistency, elevate presentation, and bring fresh ideas that excite customers and keep them coming back.
What You’ll Do
- Lead daily kitchen operations and service
- Create and evolve menus, specials, and seasonal dishes
- Manage food costing, ordering, and stock control
- Train and motivate kitchen staff
- Ensure food safety and hygiene compliance
- Maintain high standards of quality and presentation
- Work with management on promotions, events, and growth strategies
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as Head Chef or strong Sous Chef ready to step up
- Leadership mindset with strong communication skills
- Ability to run a fast-paced service smoothly
- Passion for quality food and creative menu design
- Strong understanding of cost control and kitchen systems
