Due to continued growth, we are seeking a motivated Rail Project Manager to join our expanding Rail / Communications division in Victoria. This is an excellent opportunity to lead the delivery of communications and electrical rail projects within a respected national business.
About the role
Working closely with our management team, estimators and field staff, you will manage the successful delivery of rail infrastructure projects for a blue-chip client base.
You will bring strong project management capability, practical rail experience and the leadership skills to drive safe, efficient and high-quality outcomes.
Key responsibilities

Manage end-to-end delivery of electrical and communications rail projects

Lead and coordinate site teams, subcontractors and internal stakeholders

Maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships

Monitor budgets, costs, schedules and project performance

Ensure compliance with safety, quality and operational requirements

Support planning, reporting and timely resolution of project issues
Skills and experience
-
At least 5 years' experience on rail projects

Strong knowledge of rail project delivery and site operations

Experience delivering OCS and electrical projects in the rail environment

Knowledge of structured cabling, fibre optics, CCTV, PA, security and PLC systems

Strong leadership, communication and client management skills

Experience using MS Project and other project management software
Qualifications and offer

A Grade Electrical License

ACMA Cabler Registration with Fibre, Copper and Coaxial endorsements (preferred)

Private Security Individual Registration (preferred)
