The Opportunity
Are you a Senior Tech Recruiter, Account Manager, or IT BDM in Sydney with an active network of CTOs, CIOs, Founders, or Private Equity firms?
We are looking for a Client Partner to leverage their existing relationships and make warm introductions. Your only job is to get us a foot in the door. We handle the technical scoping, live demos, deep-dive proposals, and end-to-end delivery.
Because we want a highly committed partner, we are offering a unique Base Retainer + High Commission structure that is unmatched in the Sydney market.
What We Offer:
- Base Retainer: $3,000 AUD per month flat-rate to support your networking, coffee catch-ups, and pipeline building.
- Uncapped Commission: A market-leading 20% revenue share on the gross contract value of every project closed through your introduction (e.g., a standard $250k mid-sized project nets you a $50k pure profit payout).
- Complete Flexibility: Fully autonomous, hybrid/remote role. You own your schedule- we only care about warm introductions and relationship building.
- Long-Term Equity: For high performers who consistently drive enterprise pipeline, we are open to discussing a structured equity/shares pathway within the consultancy.

What You’ll Do:
- Identify businesses in Australia (specifically Sydney CBD) navigating AI transformations, cloud migrations, or technology integrations during M&A.
- Facilitate warm introductions or arrange live tech demo sessions between prospective clients and our Technical Leadership.
- Maintain the high-level client relationship while our engineering squads handle the delivery.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in Technology Recruitment, IT Sales, or Tech Account Management within the Australian market.
- An active, warm network of tech decision-makers (CTOs, CIOs, VPs of Engineering, or PE Partners) in Sydney.
- Exceptional relationship-building skills- someone who thrives on corporate networking and coffee catch-ups.
- Basic literacy in modern tech trends (AI, Cloud, Data) to spot opportunities effectively.
