Your Time to Shine
The Team Leader – Employee Experience, in partnership with the Manager, People Experience, contributes to the planning, development and implementation of TAFE SA employee experience programs and processes as they relate to the employee lifecycle including review of recruitment and selection, pre-employment and separation and discrete procedures within the employee experience remit. As the first point of contact for escalations from the Employee Experience Advisors, provide expert advice and customer centric services to the Team to allow TAFE SA staff to support and enhance employee and leader experience.
What You’ll Bring
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively, exercising sound judgement to set priorities, guide service delivery and meet required quality standards.
- Strong communication, interpersonal and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex information, resolve issues and provide practical advice.
- Team leadership experience in People and Culture or a large team environment, including improving engagement, standardising processes, supporting change and applying contemporary HR knowledge and employment legislation.
What You Need to Know
A valid Working with Children Check (WWCC) issued by the South Australian Department of Human Services is required before employment.
