We are seeking a Senior Associate to join our commercial team. Working across a range of industries, you will have a diverse role providing legal guidance to commercial clients related to large transactions, business contracts and agreements.

- Providing legal advice on corporate governance and compliance matters.
- Preparing legal opinions and memoranda on legal issues affecting commercial clients.
- Ensuring that clients receive high-quality legal services
- Collaborating with other practice areas and legal professionals within the firm to provide comprehensive legal services to clients.
