About the role:
The Pizza & Pasta Kitchen is a modern bistro specializing in Italian artisan cuisine, open for lunch and dinner focused on using high-quality produce. We are looking for a Lunch Chef to join our professional staff of (12) and grow within the role! Reporting to (Head chef name) your duties and responsibilities will include:
· Design the seasonal lunch menu
· Train and supervise over (12) staff
· Daytime shifts only, finishing at 4pm
· Produce innovative and delicious lunch food experiences
Skills and experience:
· Prior experience as a Chef in a comparable restaurant
· Proven experience leading kitchen staff of (12)
· Knowledge in specialty coffee, Italian and wine is highly regarded
· Passion for Italian food!
