The Opportunity
This is your chance to step into a meaningful, client-facing role where your expertise directly changes people's lives. You will manage a diverse caseload spanning Partner visas, Employer-Sponsored visas, and General Skilled Migration pathways, backed by a collaborative support team and modern practice management tools.
Salary: $65,000 – $75,000 + Super (based on experience) Melbourne, VIC | Full-Time
What You'll Be Doing
- Manage end-to-end Partner visa applications (Subclass 820/801 & 309/100), including complex onshore and offshore cases
- Advise employers and applicants on Employer Sponsored visas (TSS 482, EN 186/187) and nomination processes
- Prepare and lodge Skilled Migration applications (Subclass 189, 190, 491) with precision
- Conduct professional visa assessments and deliver outstanding client experiences
- Stay current with legislative changes, policy updates, and AAT decisions
- Manage caseloads, meet lodgement deadlines, and respond promptly to Department requests
What We're Looking For
Essential:
- Current MARA registration (or eligibility pending final enrolment)
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on migration agent experience
- Experience in at least one of: Partner visas, Employer Sponsored visas, or Skilled Migration
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage competing deadlines
For the maximum salary range (3+ years experience):
- Proven track record across multiple visa streams with measurable outcomes
- Ability to independently manage a high-volume, complex caseload
- Experience with AAT review matters and refusal cases is highly regarded
