Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional and friendly customer service.
- Handle repair enquiries, quotes, bookings and device check-ins.
- Create accurate repair tickets and maintain service records.
- Update customers on repair progress via phone, SMS or email.
- Process payments and assist with stock and parts management.
- Support technicians and day-to-day store operations.
- Maintain a clean and organised workplace.
About You
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong organisation and multitasking abilities.
- Basic smartphone/tablet technical knowledge preferred.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional, reliable and customer-focused.
- Valid driver’s licence required.
- Must have full Australian working rights-Applicants requiring sponsorship will not be considered.
