Purpose of the Role
The client is seeking an experienced Property Manager who can independently manage a
residential portfolio.
- Approximately 180 residential properties.
- The successful candidate will receive support from the Accounts team and other internal support staff, allowing them to focus primarily on property management responsibilities.
Experience Required
- Previous experience managing a residential property portfolio.
- Ability to work autonomously.
- Strong knowledge of Queensland property management legislation and processes.
- Experience handling inspections, maintenance, lease renewals, arrears, owner communication and tenant management.

Licence Requirements
- Appropriate Queensland real estate registration/licensing.
Pay: $80,000.00 – $110,000.00 per year
