Lynas Rare Earths has an exciting opportunity for experienced Scaffolders at our Kalgoorlie Rare Earth Processing Facility (REPF).
The Kalgoorlie REPF is a key strategic platform for critical mineral production, blending pyrometallurgical and hydrometallurgical process in the one mineral processing plant.

The Opportunity:
Working within a small yet efficient team, we are searching for safety focused experienced scaffolders wanting to join us on our journey, to ensure safe access solutions across the REPF are installed compliantly and efficiently.
This position is being offered on a 5/2/4/3, 10-hour shift roster, Kalgoorlie residential.
You will be responsible for:
Operating within a highly specialized chemical processing environment, where this role involves erecting, altering, and dismantling complex scaffolding structures near high-temperature kilns, acid leaching tanks, and automated separation units.
The successful candidate will balance technical precision with an uncompromised commitment to safety, working closely with processing, mechanical, electrical and engineering maintenance teams.
To be successful you will have the following:
Prior experience in mining, construction or heavy industrial environment
Current High Risk Work Licence Scaffolding – basic, intermediate or advanced
Certificate III in Scaffolding (CPC30920)
Physical capabilities to safely manual lift, climb, work at heights under varying conditions
West Australian C Class Manual Driver’s License (minimum)
Unwavering approach to safety with good understanding of WHS practices
Ability to interpret plans and structural drawings
Basic level of computer skills (MS Word and Excel)
Full Australian working rights
Must reside locally within the Goldfields region for our residential operation
Maintain facial hair/jewellery to be able to pass a respirator fit test as per AS 1715:2009 – clean shaven site.
