As part of our continued commitment to service excellence and operational efficiency, we are seeking an experienced and motivated Hotel Service Manager to join our management team.
The Role
The Hotel Service Manager will be responsible for planning, organising, directing and coordinating the daily operations of hotel services to ensure exceptional guest satisfaction, efficient service delivery, and compliance with company standards.
Key Responsibilities
● Coordinate daily hotel service operations, including front office, reservations, housekeeping coordination and guest services.
● Monitor guest service standards to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
● Implement hotel service procedures, operational guidelines and accommodation service standards.
● Supervise, train and support hotel service staff to ensure efficient performance and professional service delivery.
● Prepare staff rosters, monitor attendance and coordinate staffing needs across hotel service areas.
● Handle guest enquiries, complaints and service recovery matters promptly and professionally.
● Coordinate room readiness, housekeeping requests, maintenance follow-ups and accommodation services to ensure rooms and facilities meet expected standards.
● Monitor bookings, occupancy levels and guest service workflow to support efficient service planning.
● Ensure hotel service areas comply with workplace health and safety requirements and internal hospitality procedures.
● Prepare service reports and provide updates to management regarding guest feedback, staff performance and operational matters.
● Assist management in implementing initiatives to improve guest experience and service efficiency.
Pay: $80,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year
