Full-Time Front of House / Barista all rounder
Located in the heart of beautiful Sorrento, our cafe is a warm, welcoming space dedicated to great food, exceptional coffee, and fantastic customer service. We pride ourselves on our vibrant team culture and our wonderful regular customers. We are currently looking for an energetic, full-time Front of House professional to join our work family.
The Role:
This is a dynamic, full-time role perfect for someone who thrives in a bustling cafe environment. You will work closely with our fantastic team on weekends to deliver great service, while also having the independence to run the floor seamlessly during a few solo shifts per week.
What you’ll do:
- Craft high-quality coffee consistently during busy peak periods.
- Work collaboratively with our team to maintain an upbeat, smooth-running environment.
- Confidently manage the floor and counter independently during solo shifts.
- Provide warm, attentive, and professional customer service.
What you bring:
- Strong barista skills with a solid understanding of coffee extraction and milk texturing.
- Full availability for weekend shifts (crucial for this role).
- A current RSA certificate.
- A proactive, reliable, and trustworthy work ethic.
