About the Opportunity
Baobab Care is seeking an enthusiastic, energetic and proactive Disability Support Worker to provide regular community-based support for a young participant with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being active in the community, takes initiative, and is passionate about helping young people build confidence, independence, and meaningful social connections.
The successful candidate will work closely with the participant to plan enjoyable outings, encourage participation in community activities, and support the development of everyday life skills in a safe, engaging, and person-centred manner.

- Promote choice, independence, and active community participation.
- Maintain accurate progress notes and communicate any significant observations or concerns.
We're looking for someone who brings energy, creativity, and initiative to every shift—not someone who simply supervises.
