The Opportunity
Corrs’ Corporate, M&A/Financial Sponsors Group acts for a diverse range of domestic and international fund managers on private and registered fund formation, ASX listed fund IPOs and secondary offerings, in addition to a range of strategic corporate advisory mandates.
As a Senior Associate, you will work closely with partner Fadi Khoury, as well as the broader national Corporate team. Fadi is the firm’s Head of Financial Services and Funds and recognised as one of Australia’s most trusted advisers to investors, fund managers and financial services firms and has a depth of experience gained across the private credit, real estate, infrastructure, private equity and hedge fund sectors.
What We're Looking For
We are seeking talented lawyers who combine strong technical capability with commercial judgement, intellectual curiosity and a genuine interest in corporate transactions and capital markets.
Ideally, you will have:
- Approximately 4+ years' post-qualification experience
- Experience gained at a leading Australian, international or specialist corporate, M&A, or capital markets practice
- Experience in capital markets and/or capital raisings is highly regarded
- Experience managing aspects of complex matters and working directly with clients
- A collaborative approach and commitment to delivering exceptional client service
