We focus on landscape projects, soft landscaping and detailed outdoor work.
As we continue to grow, we’re looking for reliable team members to join our landscaping division in our Melbourne region.
This role suits:
- Skilled landscapers with hands-on project experience
- Experienced labourers who are confident on-site and can keep up with a professional crew
- Horticulturists or gardeners with strong plant knowledge and attention to detail
THE ROLE
You’ll be working across a range of landscaping and project-based work, including:
- Planting, soft landscaping and garden installs
- Site preparation and general labouring
- Soil preparation, mulching and turfing
- Assisting with landscape builds and project work
- Detailed finishing work on residential properties
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
We want people who are hands-on, reliable and take pride in their work.
You:
- Have experience in landscaping, gardening, landscape/gardening labouring or horticulture
- Are physically fit and comfortable working outdoors, including in Melbourne's cold winter!
- Take pride in doing neat, high-quality work
- Are reliable, punctual and work well in a team
- Have a positive attitude and are willing to learn
- Hold a driver’s licence and have reliable transport
- Have a working smart phone
Horticulture knowledge or plant experience is highly valued.
