Taco Bill Mexican Restaurant in Warragul is looking for an enthusiastic Front of House Team Member to deliver outstanding customer service and create a welcoming dining experience for our guests.
About the Role
- Casual position
- Evening and weekend shifts available
- Hours will increase based on performance, reliability, and business needs
- Immediate start available for the right candidate
What You'll Be Doing
- Greeting and seating customers with a friendly attitude
- Taking food and drink orders accurately
- Serving meals and beverages
- Processing payments using the POS system
- Maintaining a clean and organised dining area
- Working closely with the kitchen team to ensure excellent service
- Providing exceptional customer service at all times
Essential Requirements
- Current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) Certificate – Required
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Reliable, punctual, and well presented
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
- Previous hospitality experience is preferred but not essential—we're happy to train the right person!
