Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Officer to join our Human Resources team in Sydney. The ideal candidate will support day-to-day HR operations and contribute to building a positive and productive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, screening CVs, and scheduling interviews
- Manage employee onboarding and induction programs
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases
- Support payroll preparation and attendance tracking in coordination with finance
- Assist in performance management processes and employee evaluations
- Handle employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and procedures
- Support implementation of HR policies and ensure compliance with Australian employment laws
- Assist in employee engagement initiatives and workplace wellbeing programs
- Prepare HR reports and documentation as required
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in an HR or administrative role (preferred)
- Strong understanding of HR processes and employment legislation (Australia-based knowledge is a plus)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism

Pay: $60,990.55 – $100,735.17 per year
