About the Role
We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Disability Support Workers to join our team. In this role, you will work alongside participants and their families to provide reliable, high-quality and safe support that helps individuals build independence, achieve their goals, and improve their quality of life.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide individualised, person-centred support in line with each participant’s goals and support plan.
- Promote independence, dignity, choice and quality of life for every participant.
- Build and maintain professional, respectful relationships with participants, families, carers and colleagues.
- Participate in training and ongoing professional development activities.
About You
We are looking for values-aligned people who bring warmth, reliability, professionalism and a genuine commitment to person-centered support.
Essential Criteria:
- Qualification in Disability Services.
- At least 1 year's experience supporting individuals with complex support needs.
- Residing in the Greater Bunbury Area
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
- Current valid driver’s licence.
- Current First Aid and CPR certification.
- Empathy, patience, and a sincere commitment to making a positive difference.
- Basic computer literacy and confidence using digital systems.
Pre-Employment Requirements
The successful applicant will be required to provide:
- Current right to work in Australia.
- 100 points of identification.
- Current Working with Children Check
- Completion of the NDIS Worker Orientation Modules
- NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
- National Criminal History Check
- Professional reference and character checks

Pay: From $35.15 per hour
