You will be responsible for diagnosing faults, performing routine logbook servicing, and carrying out mechanical repairs to the highest manufacturer standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct routine servicing and preventative maintenance.
- Perform advanced diagnostic testing and fault finding.
- Repair and replace engine, transmission, steering, suspension, and braking components.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient workshop environment.
- Provide accurate and honest advice to customers and service advisors.
Skills, Qualifications and Experience
To qualify this position, you will have
· AQF Certificate III for Motor Mechanic or equivalent or relevant experience
· Minimum 3 years’ experience
- Strong knowledge of automotive systems and components
- Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship
