We are Gloria Jeans Coffees located at Bella Vista. We are looking for experienced café or hospitality workers to join our friendly team at an established store.
We are hiring barista all-rounders who can handle multi-tasking with great customer service. Hospitality experience is a must. The right person should have weekday availabilities between 6:45am-5.30pm on multiple days, with a potential for weekend availability
We are replacing senior staff who have moved on to their career jobs post-uni, so we are looking to hire those who already have barista experience and ideally those who have or are mature enough to run shifts with junior team members without extensie training.
The ideal candidate will have experience with making espresso and steaming milk, as well as taking customer orders and running dine in food.
The right candidate will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Making great coffee
- Making cold drinks
- Opening and closing shifts
- Stocks rotation
- Food Preparation & Cooking
- General Cleaning
Pay Rate: Up to $33.19
