As the Senior Consultant, People & Culture (P&C) Governance, you will be part of P&C team, that is doubling down on customer obsession.
Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to:
- Lead the delivery of the Group Executive P&C Office governance activities, including designing and embedding the annual Office Group Executive People & Culture (OGEPC) operating rhythm and working with the P&C leadership teams to ensure their operating rhythms align.
- Ensure the timely delivery of cyclical and ad-hoc information for timely submission to Company Secretariat, and/or appropriate Executive forums with appropriate governance and oversight.
- Partner with key stakeholders to implement and manage the smooth delivery and timely finalisation of cyclical and ad-hoc papers to meet Executive, Board and delegated authority requirements.
- Partner with P&C senior leadership teams on Executive, Board and Committee standards and processes to meet governing body expectations and corporate governance obligations.
- Maintain an active focus on operational risk, compliance and governance, including supporting Group Executive People & Culture FAR accountabilities.
We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need:
- Proven experience in a senior governance and compliance reporting role within a large, complex organisation in a regulated environment.
- Strong knowledge of governance practices and writing board papers, with exposure to executive leadership teams, executive committees and/or Board environments.
- Proven experience and understanding of end-to-end governance, operational risk and compliance practices.
- Proven track record of effective stakeholder management with the ability to influence outcomes across all levels.
- Ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining confidentiality and delivering to a high standard.
- Highly developed problem solving and decision making skills.
- Tertiary qualification and/or relevant industry experience in either Business Management, Legal, Finance, Governance, Compliance or Risk Management.
