About the role
Bring your clinical expertise, focus on quality, compassion and energy to ensure our residents are provided the best care possible. From effective medication management all the way to complex care, you’ll be part of a cohesive, dedicated team. Early shifts 7am – 3pm, on a fortnightly roster (Wk1 - Wed & Thurs, Wk2 - Mon, Tues, Wed & Thurs), you’ll have plenty of time for work life balance.
About you
With boundless compassion, pride in your work and a love of getting to know the life story of those in your care, you’ll be looking for a team that shares your empathy and desire to be the best at what you do. Meaningful connections drive our team, we partner closely to deliver care, support residents and build relationships with families and loved ones. Your key experience will include:
- Relevant qualifications and AHPRA registration
- Experience in Aged Care, with an understanding of current Age Care Quality Standards preferred
- Demonstrated contemporary clinical practice & person-centred care
- Strong communication, documentation and time management skills
- Sharing our MercyCare’s values and dedication to genuine quality care
- National Police Clearance obtained within the last six months
