About the role:
The Director, Strategy, Architecture and Planning provides executive leadership for enterprise technology strategy, architecture, investment planning and digital governance across the Department of Health and shared services delivered to DFFH. This leadership role shapes eHealth division planning and strategy development, aligning technology with Department of Health and government objectives and citizen digital needs.

About you:
- Provides oversight to data and digital investment and portfolio planning priorities, including oversight of funding for programs managed by the department.
- Supports priority government data and digital initiatives, including interjurisdictional work and national strategic priorities as needed.
- Builds and maintains effective links across teams in the branch, division, and department to support delivery of these key initiatives.
- Demonstrates thought leadership and an ability to influence others to maximise efficiency and effectiveness of eHealth solutions to improve outcomes for Victorians.
- Proven experience of leading a multi-sector data and information management agenda within a complex and matrixed organisational environment.
- A tertiary qualification in a relevant field would be advantageous.
