Due to continued growth, we are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Physiotherapist to join our team.
About the Role
This is primarily a mobile community-based role, delivering physiotherapy services to clients in their homes, aged care facilities, supported accommodation settings, and community environments.
You will work with a diverse range of clients, including NDIS participants, older adults, and individuals requiring rehabilitation, mobility support, falls prevention, and functional exercise programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct physiotherapy assessments and reviews
- Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans
- Deliver rehabilitation and exercise-based interventions
- Assist clients with mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence
- Complete clinical documentation and progress reports
- Communicate effectively with families, support coordinators, carers, and healthcare professionals
- Participate in multidisciplinary care planning
- Contribute to positive client outcomes and service quality
Essential Requirements
- Bachelor or Master's degree in Physiotherapy
- Current AHPRA registration
- National Police Check
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Working With Children Check
- Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
- Professional indemnity insurance (if contracting)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Desirable
- Experience working within NDIS, community health, disability, or aged care settings
- Experience with falls prevention and mobility programs
- Experience completing NDIS reports and assessments
- Passion for community-based rehabilitation and client-centred care

Pay: $65,556.37 – $118,775.05 per year
