As part of the People & Culture leadership team, you will drive a mix of Health, Safety and Wellbeing strategic and operational initiatives
Work within one of NSW's largest and most diverse health districts
Partner directly with Executive leaders to drive strategic outcomes
Lead innovative wellbeing, WHS and psychosocial safety initiatives

What you'll be doing
This senior leadership role provides Operational leadership, Governance and Strategic direction for workplace health, safety and wellbeing across WSLHD. You will lead the development of contemporary safety systems, strengthen organisational capability, and drive initiatives that support a proactive culture focused on preventing harm and enhancing workforce wellbeing.
Lead district-wide WHS, wellbeing and psychosocial risk management frameworks, policies and programs
Provide expert strategic advice to Executive leaders on workplace health, safety, wellbeing and emerging risks
Oversee governance, reporting and data-driven insights to improve safety performance and workforce outcomes
Drive organisational capability through leadership engagement, risk management, auditing, training and continuous improvement initiatives
Lead high-performing WHS and Wellbeing teams while building strong partnerships with unions, regulators and key stakeholders
