We operate fast-paced, high-quality venues where attention to detail is everything. We are currently looking for a skilled, energetic, and highly professional Full-Time Bartender to join our front-of-house team.
The Role
As our Full-Time Bartender, you will be the face of our beverage program. You will be responsible for delivering fast, consistent, and high-quality drinks while maintaining the welcoming atmosphere our guests expect. You will work closely with the floor team and management to ensure the bar operates smoothly during peak service times.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a full range of beverages, including classic cocktails, tap beers, wines, and spirits.
- Provide attentive, personalized customer service to guests at the bar.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar before, during, and after service.
- Process payments accurately through the POS system.
- Assist with stocktake, ordering, and receiving deliveries as required.
- Uphold all Victorian licensing laws and responsible service of alcohol (RSA) requirements.
Who We Are Looking For
We need a confident professional who thrives under pressure and loves the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have:
- Minimum 3 years of continuous bartending experience in a fast-paced or high-volume environment.
- A current Victorian RSA certificate.
- Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, beer, wine, and spirits.
- Exceptional communication skills and a team-first attitude.
- The ability to work a flexible, full-time rotating roster, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
