We're looking for a friendly, organised, and motivated Dispensary Assistant to join our pharmacy team and support our pharmacists in delivering outstanding care.
About the Role
As a Dispensary Assistant, you'll play an important role in the day-to-day operation of our dispensary, ensuring prescriptions are processed efficiently while providing excellent service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist pharmacists with dispensing prescriptions.
- Prepare and process prescriptions using pharmacy dispensing software.
- Maintain accurate patient and medication records.
- Fulfill NDSS and project stop requests
- Manage dispensary stock, including ordering, receiving, and rotation.
- Process customer transactions and assist with enquiries.
- Ensure the dispensary is clean, organised, and compliant with relevant procedures.
- Work collaboratively with pharmacists and retail team members to deliver exceptional customer service.
