Sebastien Sans Gluten is a specialised gluten free French bakery. We are seeking a full time pastry chef to join our team.
We are looking to hire someone who has:
- Experience in preparing and baking viennoiserie and patisserie
- Demonstrating skills in baking pastries and pies
- Operating lamination and dough mixing machines
- A real passion for quality and consistency
- Knowledge and application of bakery cleanliness and hygiene
