As Area Manager, you’ll take ownership of a growing region across the Hunter and Central Coast, working closely with Venue Leaders to elevate performance, strengthen capability, and build a culture of accountability, care, and excellence. This is a role where you’ll lead through influence, coaching, developing, and inspiring leaders to consistently deliver at a high level while contributing to the continued growth of the brand.

What You’ll Do:
- Lead and support a group of venues through strong coaching and development of Venue Leaders.
- Drive results across people, customer experience, operations, labour, engagement, and financial performance.
- Build high performing, values led teams with strong accountability and team culture.
- Stay hands on and connected to venue operations, visible, involved, and leading from within.
- Lift standards, consistency, and capability across all venues in your region.
- Train, coach, and provide meaningful real-time feedback that drives growth and performance.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and take proactive action to strengthen results.
- Partner with marketing and support teams to build strong community connections and local brand impact.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in a multi-site Area Management leadership role within QSR or hospitality.
- A people first leader who knows how to coach, influence, and inspire teams.
- Strong operational understanding across labour, cost control, service standards, and venue performance.
- Commercially minded with the ability to drive results while maintaining a strong team culture.
- A leader who sets clear expectations, holds standards high, and celebrates success.
- Hands on, proactive, and highly engaged, you lead from within.
- Someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and genuinely loves developing people.
