At LEAD Childcare Dayboro, we are seeking enthusiastic Certificate III and Diploma Qualified Educators who are committed to providing high-quality education and care while fostering meaningful relationships with children and families.
About the Role
We are looking for educators who:
- Hold a Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or are actively working towards a qualification).
- Are available to work a variety of shifts between 6:30am and 6:30pm, Monday to Friday.
- Demonstrate a strong commitment to child safety and wellbeing.
- Are honest, reliable, and professional in their work.
- Have a genuine passion for supporting children's growth, development, and learning.
- Thrive in a collaborative and positive team environment.
- Build warm, respectful relationships with children, families, and colleagues.

- Essential Requirements
- Current Queensland Blue Card (Working with Children Check)
- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis Certificates (or willingness to obtain)
- Current Child Protection training CHCPRT025 and National Child Safety ( GECKO) training.
- Sound understanding of the National Quality Framework and Early Years Learning Framework
- Commitment to safeguarding children and creating safe, inclusive learning environments.
