Kitchen Hand / Dishwasher – Job Duties
Cleaning & Dishwashing
- Wash dishes, glassware, cutlery, and kitchen equipment using dishwasher or by hand
- Ensure all items are cleaned, sanitized, and stored properly
- Maintain cleanliness of sinks, dishwashing area, and equipment
Kitchen Support
- Assist chefs with basic food prep (washing, peeling, chopping ingredients)
- Refill kitchen supplies (sauces, containers, utensils)
- Help with receiving and storing deliveries properly
Cleaning & Hygiene
- Clean kitchen surfaces, floors, walls, and bins regularly
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times
- Dispose of rubbish and recycling correctly
Stock & Organization
- Keep storage areas clean and organized
- Rotate stock (FIFO – First In First Out)
Pay: $27.00 – $32.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
