Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Retail Pharmacy Assistant to join our team in Maroochydore, Queensland. In this role, you will work collaboratively with qualified pharmacists to support the smooth operation of our pharmacy while delivering exceptional customer care.
As a Retail Pharmacy Assistant, you will be the friendly face of our pharmacy, helping patients find the right products and ensuring our pharmacy runs efficiently every day.

Prepare and dispense medications under the supervision of a qualified pharmacist, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail

Advise customers on non-medicinal products, over-the-counter medications, and general health and wellness items with empathy and professionalism

Maintain organized and efficient stock control systems, including receiving, checking, and shelving pharmaceutical products

Process customer transactions accurately and professionally using pharmacy management systems

Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries, addressing concerns, and creating a welcoming pharmacy environment

Assist with inventory management, including monitoring stock levels and identifying reorder requirements

Support the pharmacist with administrative tasks such as filing, record-keeping, and documentation

Maintain compliance with pharmacy regulations, health and safety standards, and company policies

Collaborate with team members to achieve pharmacy goals and support colleagues in delivering quality patient care
