We're a small, tight-knit Technology Service Provider (TSP) with offices in Brisbane's west and Bowen Hills. We're looking for a motivated junior technician to join us part-time and support a range of clients - remote and onsite - getting hands-on experience with real infrastructure from day one.
We offer a curated suite of solutions across Microsoft 365, Entra ID, networking, voice, and more. You'll work alongside experienced engineers and receive weekly training to build your skills quickly.
What you'll do
- Remote, phone, and onsite technical support for clients ranging from 5 to 100 users
- Server and network consulting, implementation, and maintenance
- Work alongside senior engineers on complex problems
- Accurate time recording, ticket updates, and client documentation
What we're looking for
- Currently completing or recently finished a degree in IT or a related field
- Strong technical aptitude and genuine curiosity about how things work
- Prior customer service experience
- Clear communicator - written and in person
- Methodical and proactive - you look for problems before they become problems
Up to 24 hours per week, flexible to fit your study schedule. The right candidate may be offered a full-time role. Shortlisted applicants will be contacted.
