We are looking for professional front-of-house staff to join our team. Located along the Yarra river, Baci restaurant is a part of Crown Casino since 1997. We are known for our authentic Italian cuisine, cakes, coffee, and dessert.
About the role:
The front-of-house staff is the face of our business. As a casual junior ice-creamery staff you will be working in the ice-cream section for Baci restaurant. You are expected to be well-groomed at all times, wear a smile and deliver amazing customer service to our patrons. Additionally, you will have to
- Serve customers ice-creams, drinks, and food.
- Clean up the area at the end of the day.
- Run food and drinks to the table if necessary.
- Manage transactions through card or cash.
- Promote offers and specials to patrons.
About you:
- Experience isn’t necessary but a willingness to learn and be part of a team is.
- You have an excellent customer service focus.
- Available on the weekends and public holidays.
- You are people-oriented, talented, and a multitasker.
