About the Role
We are seeking individuals with a customer service and/or an administration background to join our team at Dandenong, as a District Support Officer.
There are two vacancies currently available, one on a fixed term basis to 29 September 2026 and one on a casual basis.
Key responsibilities of these varied roles may involve:

Providing high-quality customer service to internal and external stakeholders.

General administrative and office support duties.
-
District stores and inventory management duties including ordering, stock control, receipting incoming goods, picking and packing outgoing items, labelling and tracking stock movements.

Manual handling tasks including lifting items greater than 15kg.

Preparing documents including letters, memos, reports, presentations, minutes and briefing notes.
-
Minute taking, diary management and meeting coordination.
-
Coordinating meetings including scheduling, agenda preparation, venue bookings and catering requirements.
-
Records administration and data entry.
-
Database and systems coordination.
-
Liaising with suppliers to obtain quotes and coordinate purchasing requirements.
This office-based role is a fantastic opportunity and would suit an all-rounder who enjoys a variety of duties whilst providing exceptional customer service.
About You
The ideal candidate will be hands on and keen to join a small team. You will have a strong commitment to teamwork and be looking for a role within a fast-paced team.
Additional requirements include:

Motivation and enthusiasm with demonstrated administration experience and excellent attention to detail.

Efficient computer skills including working knowledge of Office 365 (Excel, Outlook, Sharepoint, Word – knowledge of finance applications will be a bonus).

Experience interacting with people at all levels and be able to work with minimal supervision in a proactive manner.

Excellent written and verbal communications skills.

Adaptability, positive attitude a willingness to learn and a desire to demonstrate your initiative.

Self-motivation and a willingness to pitch in where needed.

Excellent organisational and time-management skills and a proactive and autonomous approach.
