We are seeking dedicated Housekeeping Room Attendants to join our team in Newcastle West, NSW. This part-time contract role is essential for maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of our hospitality facilities, ensuring a welcoming environment for our guests. Responsibilities:

Clean and sanitise guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to ensure a high standard of cleanliness.
- Change bed linens and towels, and replenish guest supplies as needed.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor promptly.
- Ensure all cleaning equipment and supplies are used and stored safely.
- Assist in the laundry duties as required, including washing, drying, and folding linens.
- Follow established procedures for cleaning and sanitising to maintain health and safety standards.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to guest requests and inquiries in a friendly manner.
Qualifications:

No formal education required; however, a basic understanding of cleaning procedures is preferred.
- Previous experience in a housekeeping or cleaning role is an advantage but not essential.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills and a friendly disposition.
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks and lift heavy items as needed.
