Kitchen Hand – Aged Steakhouse (Liverpool)
Are you reliable, hardworking, and looking to be part of a passionate hospitality team? We’re an established aged steakhouse in Liverpool seeking a Kitchen Hand to support our kitchen operations and help us deliver exceptional food and service every shift.
About the Role
As a Kitchen Hand, you’ll support the kitchen team with food preparation and maintaining a clean, organised workspace. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to grow their skills in a professional kitchen.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with basic food preparation (veg washing, peeling, simple cuts)
- Keep kitchen and prep areas clean and sanitised
- Wash dishes, pots, pans and kitchen equipment
- Assist chefs during peak service where required
- Take out rubbish and recycling, clean floors and surfaces
- Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene
About You
- No formal qualifications required, but experience is a plus
- Positive attitude and a strong work ethic
- Able to work well in a team under fast pace
- Flexible to work evenings, weekends and public holidays
- Food safety knowledge / NSW food handling certificate (desirable)
Job Type: Casual
Pay: $32.31 – $40.82 per hour
