Care Tribe Services is seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to provide in-home nursing services in Taloumbi, NSW.
Position Details:

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality in-home nursing care
- Conduct health assessments and monitor client wellbeing
- Medication administration and clinical care
- Wound care and other nursing interventions as required
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation
- Collaborate with clients, families, and the care team
Essential Requirements:
- Current AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse
- Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
- National Police Check
- Valid Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle
- Excellent communication and clinical assessment skills
