What you'll need:
- Trade qualification (Cert III in Painting & Decorating)
- White card (Construction Induction)
- Minimum 2 years' site experience
- Own transport to Western Sydney sites
- Own basic tools
- Strong attention to detail and quality finish
- Reliable, punctual, and ready to work
Duties include:
- Interior and exterior painting (brush, roller, spray)
- Surface preparation — sanding, filling, patching
- Cutting in, shadowline, and detailed finish work
- Defect rectification
- Working to programme and site deadlines
