Salary package: $81,296 - $87,954 per annum plus 17% superannuation

Position overview
Information Technology Services (ITS) delivers digital solutions that enable the Australian National University to achieve its strategic goals in education, research and administration. ITS is responsible for the University’s digital ecosystem and works in partnership with Colleges and Service Divisions to provide an engaging, seamless and safe digital experience for students and staff.
The Deployments team supports the configuration and deployment of IT equipment to University end users, including laptops, desktops, monitors, mobile devices and other peripherals. The team works closely with colleagues, other IT teams, and staff across Colleges and Schools to ensure end-user technology is delivered efficiently and in line with ANU policies and service standards.
The Deployments Officer provides client-focused technical support for laptops, desktops, monitors, mobile devices and peripherals used across ANU. The role acts as a routine contact point for clients, receives and handles support requests, assists with incident resolution, escalates unresolved issues where appropriate, monitors and records service delivery, supports security administration and application support tasks, and writes and maintains technical, operational and client-facing documentation.
