We’re looking for a reliable, hardworking individual to join our small, high-standard kitchen team.
ABOUT THE ROLE
This is a hands-on kitchen role primarily focused on preparing and breading fresh chicken, with light dishwashing and general kitchen support throughout the day.
- Inspecting incoming chicken to ensure it meets quality standards
- Preparing, brining and breading chicken to our high standard
- Maintaining consistent quality and cleanliness
- Light dishwashing throughout the day
- Keeping your work area clean, organised and presentable
- Working efficiently and remaining focused under pressure
- Lifting and handling stock weighing up to 20kg
- Assisting with general kitchen tasks when required

- Strong attention to detail and able to follow instructions precisely
- Clean and organised
- Able to communicate clearly and confidently with other staff members
- Able to work well as part of a team
- Physically capable of lifting up to 20kg
- Available to work across the required roster
Full training will be provided.
AVAILABILITY
We are looking for two team members to work a rotating roster across the following hours:
- Tuesday: 10:00am – 9:30pm
- Wednesday: 10:00am – 9:30pm
- Friday: 4:00pm – 10:30pm
- Saturday: 10:30am – 1030pm
Shifts will be rostered within these hours and shared between team members. Applicants with flexibility across these days and times will be highly regarded.
Pay: $34.00 – $42.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15.0 – 20.0 per week
