About the Role
We are looking for a talented Program or Project Administrator who will be responsible for overseeing, implementing and tracking business programs and projects in line with company goals and timelines. The role requires excellent time management, stakeholder engagement and reporting capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinating project schedules, resources, and information
- Liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders to identify and define project requirements, scope and objectives
- Ensuring stakeholders’ needs are met as projects evolve
- Monitoring project progress and handling any issues that arise
- Acting as the point of contact and communicating project status to all stakeholders
- Creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports
- Assisting in the development and implementation of administrative systems, procedures and policies
- Analysing workflows and making recommendations for improvements in project execution
Skills & Experience
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- A minimum Diploma, Advanced Diploma or Associate Degree in business administration, project management or a related field
- At least one (1) year of relevant experience in a Program Administrator, Project Administrator, Project Coordinator, or similar role.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A high level of attention to detail and problem-solving capability.
- Fluency in English.

Remuneration for this position is between $75,000 and $80,000 per annum, depending on skills, qualifications, and experience, plus superannuation.
