Your New Role:

From helping them find the right product, to keeping our store looking fresh and welcoming, no two days are ever the same. We are looking for a suitably experienced product sales and dispatch person to join our growing team.

You will:
– Delivering friendly, helpful, and professional service in-store and over the phone
– Processing sales quickly and accurately through our POS system
– Delivering stocks and goods to customers
– Process and dispatch deliveries and stock
– Work equally across the shop floor and dispatch area
– Offering product advice and solutions – Training Provided
– Working as part of a tight-knit, supportive team.
What you will bring:
– Related industry knowledge or trade qualification (plumbing, mechanical, electrical etc.)
– Positive attitude with a focus on working as part of a tight-knit team
– Driver’s license and forklift license (preferred)
– Versatile to work across retail & dispatch areas
– Customer focused and strong communication skills
