We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Service Coordinator to join our team and play a key role in overseeing service delivery, participant outcomes, and team support.
About the Role
As a Senior Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating supports for NDIS participants, ensuring high-quality service delivery, maintaining compliance, and supporting the coordination team in day-to-day operations.
You will act as a key point of contact for participants, families, support workers, and stakeholders while ensuring services are delivered in line with participant goals, NDIS standards, and organisational policies.
Key Responsibilities
Your duties may include, but are not limited to:
- Coordinating services for an allocated portfolio of NDIS participants
- Ensuring supports are tailored to participant goals, needs, and preferences
- Acting as the main point of contact for participants, families, guardians, and stakeholders
- Building and maintaining positive, professional relationships with participants and staff
- Managing staff rosters and shift allocations effectively
- Supporting and mentoring Service Coordinators and support staff
- Conducting participant intake, onboarding, and service commencement processes
- Developing, reviewing, and updating support plans and service agreements
- Conducting regular participant check-ins and wellbeing reviews
- Managing incidents, escalations, complaints, and service-related concerns professionally
- Preparing service quotes and monitoring support budgets in line with NDIS funding
- Maintaining accurate participant records, case notes, and documentation
- Ensuring compliance with NDIS Practice Standards, company policies, and procedures
- Collaborating with internal teams to improve operational efficiency and participant outcomes
- Assisting with reporting, audits, and quality assurance processes
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Previous experience in a Senior Service Coordinator, Service Coordinator, or similar role within the NDIS/disability sector
- Strong understanding of the NDIS framework and participant-centred approach
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational and time management abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with rostering systems, client management systems, and Microsoft Office
- Problem-solving skills and ability to handle challenging situations professionally
- A compassionate, proactive, and team-oriented attitude

Pay: $38.00 – $46.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
