About the role
MRM Care Consultant Pty Ltd is seeking experienced and compassionate Disability Support Workers (ANZSCO 423111) to deliver high-quality, person-centred care to our clients across Perth.
This full-time role involves supporting individuals with disability and/or elderly clients in home, community, and supported accommodation settings.
Key responsibilities
- Assist with personal care: showering, dressing, grooming, toileting
- Support daily living activities and mobility
- Provide community access and transport assistance
- Deliver emotional and social support
- Assist with meal preparation and light household tasks
- Medication prompting in line with care plans
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting
- Support clients in SIL/SDA environments including behavioural support where required.
Skills & experience
- Certificate III or IV in Individual Support (Disability or Aged Care) or equivalent
- NDIS Worker Screening Check, Police Clearance, Working with Children Check
- Current First Aid & CPR
- Valid driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work shifts including weekends and public holidays
Benefits
- Full-time employment (38 hours per week)
- Salary: $35-$41 per hour + 12% superannuation
- Annual leave (4 weeks) + 17.5% leave loading
- Personal/carer’s leave (10 days per year)
