About the Role
As a
Technical Customer Support Specialist, you'll become a trusted technical resource for customers, technicians and internal teams.You'll provide expert advice, assist with troubleshooting, coordinate service enquiries and help ensure customers receive practical, timely solutions. Using your hands-on industry experience, you'll solve technical problems, support customers and help the team deliver outstanding service.
This position is based in
Sydney. The role is office-based initially, with hybrid working available after successfully completing your probation period.

What You'll Be Doing
- Provide technical advice and product support to trade customers, technicians and internal teams
- Respond to technical enquiries via phone and email
- Assist with troubleshooting installation, servicing and product-related issues
- Coordinate service requests, warranty claims and product returns
- Prepare service reports and maintain accurate documentation
- Develop and update technical guides, product information and training resources
- ternal product training and knowledge sharing
- Gather customer feedback to assist with ongoing product improvements
- Work collaboratively across the business to deliver an outstanding customer experience
What You'll Bring
To succeed in this role, you'll have:
- Previous experience within the HVAC, air conditioning or refrigeration industry
- A trade qualification in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration
- ARCtick Licence (or the ability to obtain one)
- Supervisor or Contractor Licence (highly regarded)
- Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- A customer-focused approach with a genuine desire to help others
- Confidence using computer systems and preparing accurate documentation
- The ability to manage competing priorities in a busy environment
