Disability Support Worker | ASD Level 3 (Warrandyte)
Position: Casual / Part-Time
Shift: 3 Hours/Week (Thursday OR Friday, 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM — flexible for the right person)

Role Overview & Candidate Requirements
We are seeking a reliable, skilled Disability Support Worker to provide 1:1 support for a young person living with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD Level 3) in Warrandyte.
This position involves assisting with routines, and facilitating engaging, skill-building activities in a safe, predictable environment.
Requirements:
- Experience: Hands-on experience supporting individuals with ASD Level 3 or complex needs.
- Qualifications: Certificate III/IV in Individual Support, Disability, Community Services, or active tertiary studies in Allied Health (Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology, Special Education).
- Clearances & Certs: Valid NDIS Worker Screening Check, Working with Children Check (Employee), and current First Aid & CPR certificates.
- Skills: Calm demeanor, strong commitment to positive behaviour support, reliable transport, and a valid Australian Driver’s Licence.
